Where membership starts
Crown describes casino membership as free for eligible applicants. Its current membership page directs visitors to the Crown Rewards desk on Level 2, with an option to begin through the app. Applying is a process; beginning an application does not guarantee approval or immediate entry.
Bring physical identification
The membership page requires acceptable, valid physical identification and says digital ID is not accepted. Read the venue’s current document requirements before travelling. A photo on a phone or a booking email should not be assumed to replace an accepted identity document.
Check the entry conditions
Casino visitors must be at least 18 and meet the venue’s eligibility and entry conditions. The conditions page explains mandatory carded play and membership or temporary guest-card arrangements. Read the current dress requirements as part of planning the visit.
Allow time at the desk
For a first visit, complete the document check before committing to a tightly timed evening. Keep questions about eligibility or application status with the Crown team. A dining reservation or hotel confirmation is a separate record and should be kept with its own booking contact.
